Returning Product
All product can be returned unopened
(unless defective) within 30 days of purchase.
A 10% re-stocking fee is added to each returned item, and
will be charged at time the credit is issued.
We do not require advanced notice for returns.
You may want to call and receive a "return authorization
#" to keep for your records but is not required.
To return your order please follow the steps listed
below:

Include
a copy of the packing slip or Invoice with your order.
Put the R/A # on the outside of the box (if you requested
one) and your order number on the outside of your
package. Please indicate the reason for your return.
We strongly recommend shipping your
parcels using a Delivery Confirmation. You may wish
to purchase insurance as you are responsible for delivering
packages to us in good condition.
Once we receive your order from you
an email will go out to you with the total amount
that has been posted to your web account along with
a code within 5 days for anytime redemption. If you
have requested a credit to your credit card, it will
require additional time until the credit is posted
to your account.
